Charlie holds a National Diploma in Human Resources (Tshwane University of Technology), a Labour Relations Management Specialist Certificate (IPM), Leading Change Programme (University of Michigan Business School) and Management Development Programme (University of Pretoria). Charlie’s career started at CSIR and thereafter, he worked at the Office of The Auditor General SA, the Integrated Labour Solutions Pty and last Employment was as Human Resources & Development Manager at African Bank Limited.
He is the Founder and Managing Director of ZOE Business Consulting and has been recently appointed National Director of the MIBF and President of EDN-Africa (Enterprise Development Network).
Charlie is also a Board Member of the Board of Trustees of the International Third World Leaders Association (with Dr Myles Munroe) incorporating over 64 nations worldwide with its head quarters in Nassau Bahamas.
