Summary ProfileMakheni helps organisations and individuals to perform optimally. She is the founder of Real Solutions Training in SA and Real Solutions Training Netherlands. Both offer customised interventions in organisational culture transformation, management as well as other people skills.
As a South African based in The Netherlands, She has international experience as well as local context. She has real experience at different levels of management as well as fifteen years of consulting and management training. In 2013 she published a unique management book, ‘Storytelling meets Management.’ She is now writing a management book which is commissioned by a UK publisher, Bookboon.
She is a management specialist and she employs these communication tools: professional speaking, content facilitation, process facilitation, coaching, writing and storytelling. She is also a Neethling Brain Instruments (NBI®) Practitioner and co-owner of Breinvoorkeuren NBI® - the only Dutch NBI® Agent.
Apart from her unique entertaining style, Makheni is known for being a content speaker. Her talks are based on topics that she consults on and facilitates on. She has had a series of successful careers in a variety of fields, in different sectors and at different levels including operational and senior management. Her talks and the practical tools that she offers are thus based on real life. She is part of the faculty of the UK based Duke Corporate Education, a division of USA Duke University.
