In addition to the above, Darren also specializes in Sales Force Development, Customer Service Management, building High Performance Teams and Change Management.
Widely known and recognised for his unique learning methodology and engaging presentation style, due to his unique ability to engage strategically with organizations, and to understand people, and address root cause issues, Darren has developed a reputation for being a world class facilitator and presenter. He has trained extensively throughout Africa, the Middle East, the United States, Europe and the Far East.

Darren holds an ungraduated degree in philosophy, an honours degree in human resources, and two master’s degrees in business leadership. He currently lives with his partner, and two children in Pretoria.
Darren’s Last Change Management Project
Darren and his team have just completed a 2 year change initiative for Daimler and Mercedes Benz. He was the lead consultant for the design, development and implementation of Mercedes-Benz’ new business model. A model that was successfully piloted in South Africa, and this year is being implemented in Singapore, Germany, and the Scandinavian countries.
He remains the lead consultant on the project in South Africa as Daimler seek to role out and implement their new business model to all of their global markets.
